Program Description 
XRAI Vision provides AI voice and chat agent development services to small businesses. By providing your phone number to XRAI Vision, you consent to receive SMS text messages related to your active service engagement, including project onboarding updates, account setup notifications, technical support, and general business communication. These messages are transactional and informational in nature.  XRAI Vision does not send marketing or promotional SMS content under this program.

Message Frequency 
Message frequency varies based on the status of your project and ongoing communication needs. You may receive multiple messages per week during active onboarding, and fewer messages once your service is fully deployed.

Message and Data Rates 
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Get Help 
Reply HELP to any message to receive assistance, or contact us directly at support@xraivision.com.

How to Opt Out 
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of receiving further SMS messages from XRAI Vision. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You may continue to receive service-related communication via other methods (such as email) as part of your active service agreement.

Consent 
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from XRAI Vision. Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
